Strength is a wonderful and terrible thing.
On the one hand, it enables me to do the things that I want to do, overcoming fear and all of the other seemingly insurmountable obstacles in my way, both real and perceived. Building that kind of strength through old-fashioned focused discipline is incredibly rewarding, just like my parents and grandparents told me it would be. (more…)
